This felt ok today, although my DUs were pathetic.
BS with 135#, total time was 7 and a half or something. I wrote it on the board and forgot to copy it down myself. Not sure why my DUs were so horrible, but I’ll be looking forward to hitting this again in the new space with higher ceilings!
Went and had a deep-tissue sports massage afterwards and it felt AMAZING. I recommend to everyone that you get one at least once a month. WELL worth the money.
