B- Partner WOD 1 (11/23/13)= Tabata- Push Press (115/75); 1 Minute Rest + Hang Power Clean (135/65); 1 Minute Rest + Alternating Front Racked Lunges (135/95); 1 Minute Rest + Burpee Over Bar
Notes: Partners will alternate rounds/Score= Total # of Reps combined across all movements and Tabata Intervals
D- Partner WOD 2 (11/23/13)= For Time: 2K Row/100 Tuck Up/1K Run
Notes: In Teams of 2 with only 1 Partner working at a time/Partition as needed/Score= Total Time
