Damn NyQuil!!! Wanted to make the 10am class but got up too late. Kudos to Coach Dan for accomodating Sensei and I… As well as an informative class… And for Marina keeping things organized in the front deck 😉 still miss my Tammyli & Coach Iz… Wah! Lol but it’s good to know that you have a reliable & very capable crew at home base while your away.

21/15/9 russian kb swing @ 12k, push ups (game style, snaked a few :(, and sit ups. Time: 6 min & 28 sec. Not fast but I really wanted to focus on my push ups.
