8 Minutes of Wrist/Shoulder/Thoracic Mobility (click links for details)
A- WU- 5 Minute AMRAP @70% RPE of: 10 Calorie Row @28 SPM/1 WallWalk/5 Chin Up/10 WallBall (20/14-Max Height) + 90 Seconds Max Reps Banded Pull Apart
B- Max Distance Handstand Walk- 10 Minutes Max Distance or Practice
C- Strict HSPU- For Time: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 (Try to go ub, kick off of the wall for at least a second after each set) or 10 Minute AMRAP or Practice -10 Minute Cap
*D- Pendlay Row- 12/12/12/12/12 (HAP)
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.
