B- Power Clean- 15 Minutes To A Challenging Single
C- The Chief= 5 Cycles of: 3 Minutes Max Rounds: 3 Power cleans (135 /95)/6 Push-ups/9 Air Squats; 1 Minute Rest
*D- NFT- 100 Each Banded Elbow Extension/Banded Seated Curl/Banded Good Morning/Banded Pull Apart
*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.

Oh hell yes! I love some Tambot game face! We just need to okay with Patty and Marcos but all standards are good for all of us.
We should get a scaled team involved as well- any takers?? Any of you folks who did the comp team assessment- this is where you really get to test your fitness.
Lets try and recruit some teams.. If you take charge I will help you gather the troops. With 2 and three teams competing, looks like we are gonna have to gather the troops to come and spectate!!

Really excited to try the chief again. I did this at a drop in at crossfit pacific coast in Santa Barbara about 6 months ago for 20+2. Shooting for a 5 round improvement.

Noticed that too. I entered 17+40, looked back and it said 19 something.
Maybe for this WOD we were supposed to start off each round where you left off….
I did it wrong too – but i luckily just let the clock run for those last five seconds and I never pick up the bar again… lol
So that you earned 18 reps per round + more
I only did this once scaled but I’m pretty sure that is what you are supposed to do Tam- start where you left off the last time.

Eddie- What would you want to do scaled or Rx? This was we know when getting teams together.
What ever is needed to get another team together scaled or rx it doesn’t matter.
