19:25 today for a PR. Felt pretty good. Didn’t think I had it in me for today. Was just feeling tired, but worked out with Jane and Sensei and took Angie to task. Pull ups pretty good clip (about 5 minutes) – Pull ups (about 8 minutes) – Situps (about 4 minutes) – Squats (about 2:30 minutes). Could trim more off the pull ups and sit ups, but pretty happy with the time.
Awesome job to my morning crew!

7AMers way to go Eric for Rx’d (and very legit) – Courtney for sticking with it – And Greg… damn you pushed through.
8AMers – Awesome job Alex and Paul (first class). Alex 17 minutes and met pukie! Paul, congrats on not puking!

Anyways it was good, i now belong to the elite pukie cult they call crossfit. Eeehhh……….
Good Wod tonight.
It’s important to do these named wods every so often so we can all see our progress. As an athlete and super competitive person I like to evaluate these wods after I complete them and take some notes so I can beat my time when this wod cycles through again.
So here are my thoughts on my WOD tonight that I will write in my notebook and look at before tackling “ANGIE” again. It works for me maybe it will help you.
Time : 12:43
First 50 pullups in one minute, then it took 3:22 to do next 50: grip was an issue must work on high rep pullups with less rest.
Pushups felt good did 35, 20, 15, etc triceps sore from L-Sits could shave some time here. Look to do 50 unbroken.
Situps unbroken and consistent
Squats a few pauses but essentially unbroken, need to work on speed on these and also higher rep sets. Work up to sets of 50
I would also like to welcome Morgan to the team. She graduated the basics tonight with a FGB score of 208, with only a few small modifications. Lets all do our part to welcome her to the team and help encourage her along. We all remember those first few months of Crossfit and how much easier these WODS are when you have people supporting you.

I did far better on the pullups than I thought I would do (although my hands are paying for it today!), and FAR worse on the pushups! Definitely shows me where I need work. I think I was slacking a little too long on my rests there, too.
