Notice the rings are kept very close to the body. The rings are pulled from the false grip to the chest. The rings trace the chest to the arm pits – with out the rings moving away from your body – and you complete the rep by coming up from the dip. Good luck everyone today!
Oh, one thing I like to do, so that I can maintain my false grip when I turn out, is to actually tap my wrists. It helps keep sweat away from my wrist and seems to give me added grip on my wrists for the turnout. And tapped wrists look great too!

The best part is the guy’s arm curls in front of her. He is, definitely, still learning the clean.
She has a great pace through out. She also has done this work out before, and mentally that gives her a level of preparedness compared to some one whose never done the work out.
In my opinion, the intensity level (by the looks of it) seems more controlled by that steady pace and the prior knowledge about what 30 reps at that weight feels like.
um she is 6 months preggers… LOL i don’t care what her preparedeness or pace is…
I plan to keep CrossFitting until the day I go into labour. I’ll modify and scale as needed, but there’s no need to stop.

For this particular woman (Carli), 95# is actually scaled down. I would guess that it’s like me doing 45# or 50#. But to be fair, while I know that it’s scaled, I don’t really know how much.
