Tabata DU = 135
Sprawl / Sit through = 9:17
Tabata Box Jump (24″) – Low Round = 7
21/15/9 Broad Jump / Plyo Push Up = 4:50
100 Ice Skaters = 4:40
Only had time left for 10 skin the cats and 3 – 30 sec L- Sits (N Sits)
Really tough, really fun break-dance moves today 🙂
