Warm Up: 500m Row – 2:16 KB Clean & Jerk Technique KBC&J Max Effort for 5 Minutes with penalties for putting it down 31 total with 8k each hand. No Penalties for me or Julie!! YAY Did a circuit, 1 Min Max effort in 5 Stations x 3 rounds – idea was to keep moving the entire time… I got a few No Reps too Much Cardio for me… 6 Min AMRAP – 10 Halos/ 15 Goblet Squats with the 12k Upside down the whole time = 3 rounds ( I really went too heavy) Reply
