I haven’t been doing the daily or weekly challenges but I have been eating right.
till looking a little puffy/ bloated… wanna be shredded in 3 weeks so i can get ready for my calendar shoot LOL
Make-up 12/5… Felt terrible throughout.
A) 3 RNFT of : 5 Chin Up / 5 Ring Dip / 10 Step up / 15 Cal Row
+ Cory = 2:20 – 125 UB
B) 3 Position Clean + Jerk – 90kg (I realize I did this wrong, SB 2x Jerk)
C) 10 RFT of: 5 C2B/5 HSPU/5 Front Squat (135) – 16:11, terrible… only redeeming factor is all of it was UB
D) 5 RNFT of: 15 Calorie Row/7 Dip/10 Strict T2B – complete, rows = 31/32/34/30/29sec
As I said, this was a rough day.
