Looks like I have to miss the kings of queens comp. So. I will have to do this. But I hate the cold! I am a fairweather crrossfiter. The gymnastic cert rocks!

Thank you Coach Tammyli for taking your time to help me practice the DU’s… It’s going to take time for me to get out of spaz mode… But I’ll get there… I have you and Coach Iz by my side, how could I not =)
