the flu or whatever it is is going around and I can’t shake it either. missed wednesday and I am dying to get some excercise. Be there tomorrow. This looks like a good one

okay did anyone do this Wood today? I did and it wasn’t pretty. unfortunately I was unable to get to the box but i managed to do it in an elapsed time of 39:09 – 4 minutes rest i am in that standard deviation. sore .
Man that was brutal. Final time was 34:06. I started RX, but I had to scale down the weights by the second round, I would have been there all night at the RX weight. I probably would have shaved about 2 minutes off had I not ripped open an existing cut in the 4th round, had to stop and take care of it so I didn’t bleed all over the box. Cest la vie.
It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these long WOD shitkickers. Still hard, but I felt better than I have previously on these long ones.
