– Earlier classes can keep the lights off for warm ups and cool downs
– Turn off radio after class

I was dizzy at the end of the Met Con but my heart rate was only 120. Dan and I think it was because of the ball slams – the motion of them and the shear number of them.
(23 weeks + 1 day)
Warmup – 5:43 . had a hard time finding that rythm with the double unders.
Sots press – 15×5/20×5/25×3/30×3/30/30
RFT – 15:20. I used the 20lb ball. I knew I’d have a hard time with the pushups, so I wanted to over achieve in the ball slams. Those pushups sucked, did a few plyo then the rest regular pushups.
Warm Up: 3:02 Rxed
Sots Press: 35×5/45×2-40×3/45×3/45×3/50×1/50×1 WOW
18/16/14/12/10/8/6/4/2 = 12:49 ( 1/2 Rx’ed)
I did half Plyo Push Ups for every round – 9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 !!!!!!

Ok Sots are a weird movement 65# across the board. They need work i have done them with kettle bell before much easier with a bell.
