8 Minutes of Shoulder/Back/Hip/Ankle/Wrist Mobility

A- WU- 2 Rounds of: 250M Row; 90 Seconds Rest Between Rounds + WU- Thruster (115/75)/Pull Up/Burpee   -8 Minute Cap

B- 2014 Beat The Streets Partner Workout= 15 Minute AMRAP of: 20 Thruster (115/75)/30 Pull Ups/40 Burpees

Notes: Two person teams with only 1 athlete working at a time/Must partition work evenly, example: 10 each on the Thrusters/Partition reps as necessary as long as both partners do equal amounts/Score= total # of rounds completed + any additional reps.
