Flight Simulator= for time: 5 unbroken Double Unders/10 unbroken Double Unders/15 unbroken Double Unders/20 unbroken Double Unders/25 unbroken Double Unders/30 unbroken Double Unders/35 unbroken Double Unders/40 unbroken Double Unders/45 unbroken Double Unders/50 unbroken Double Unders/45 unbroken Double Unders/40 unbroken Double Unders/35 unbroken Double Unders/30 unbroken Double Unders/25 unbroken Double Unders/20 unbroken Double Unders/15 unbroken Double Unders/10 unbroken Double Unders/5 unbroken Double Unders
You must come to a complete stop between rounds. 25 minute Cap. For those who cannot complete the entire WOD as prescribed complete a 25 min AMRAP of Double Unders and record number of completed reps.

the double unders….. starting the day my highest jump total was 17 I got that # up to 38 today. I have no idea how many times I jumped today but it was a lot, I kept failing at 22 – 23 so I had to start over.
Cahsed out with 21- 15- 9 wall balls/ ghd sit ups/ air squats..
I had fun skipping rope today.

Flight Simulator = 11:05 PR. Only messed up on the 20 round coming down. PR by almost 15 minutes. Crazy improvement.

good work on the Double unders. I was just happy to get 38 unbroken. timing, rhythm and relaxation to get these right. 9 minutes is awesome
Thanks buddy. Yeah, you got it. A nice rhythm is the key. Stay relaxed and don’t let it frustrate you. 38 is great and there is no reason with that many you can’t knock out 50, 60, 70….

Deadlift- stuck with 135 all reps since DL’s have a tendency to aggravate my back and I wanted to remain pain free 🙂
Flight simulator- In 25 minutes of rope skipping I pr’d at 26 in a row but DNF’d, HOWEVER, I am not even mad b/c DU’s felt good tonight, I think it finally started to click for me! Also a few months ago if I had seen this WOD posted I would have just giggled and cherry picked. Thanks Coach Iz and Coach Jacinto for the excellent tips!
