This WU is for you Cory. Time to crush them DUs.
Well this was fun.
A) 3min Row (cal) – 61 – opted for the row since we did 3min of DUs earlier this week (and my shoulders were smoked)
B) RJ – 5rft – 800m Run / 1 Rope Climb / 50 Push Ups – 34:55 with some UGLY pushes. Dariel and Iz kept on me for my weak pushup form, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The whole class gave it everything they had. Lots of tired happy faces at the end. Always great to be a part of that.
Hope to get a crack at this one again on a dry day. Wet sneakers and wet rope do not a rope climb make, felt like a cartoon character trying to get up a buttered surface, so no rx. 33:20
Took the 4pm with Coach Martinez, props! Met some new people and enjoyed the WOD. Shout out to Harry and Mike for that first run, those guys were on their way to the Verazanno Bridge! Extra mile and then some.
Thanks Oak. You guys are troopers for making it out to class and getting your work in when most wouldn’t. Keep up the good work.
