8 Minutes of Shoulder/Back/Hip/Ankle Mobility
A- Partner WU (1/25/14)- 8 Minute AMRAP of: 200M Partner Carry (100M each)
B- Partner WOD 1 (1/25/14)- 8 RFT of: 8 USA K.B. Swing (2/1.5 pood)/10 Ring Row Notes: In Teams of 2/with only 1 partner working at a time/partners will alternate rounds until both partners have completed 8 rounds each/Score= Total time to complete all rounds -20 Minute Cap
C- Partner WOD 2 (1/25/14)- 8 Minute AMRAP of: WallBall (20/14-10′) Notes: Only 1 M.B. per team/Score= Total number of reps/Partition as needed
Remember to sign up for the open- I don’t want to call anyone out, but we only have 5 people signed up so far- c’mon guys..it’s kinda sad! The open is a fun time to test yourself and see where you rank among the WORLD! Push yourself because only YOU can do that!

Worked with Michala (sorry if I spelled this wrong) today and the girl put in some work!
Partner Carry- she’s light weight so I could’ve run all day with her over my shoulders. No clue how many rounds we each got, so we just said a shit ton!
Partner WOD 1 – 8 RFT of: 8 USA K.B. Swing (2/1.5 pood)/10 Ring Row I Worked at the Rx weight and Michala did 20kg. Did it in 12:43 I think.
C- Partner WOD 2 – 8 Minute AMRAP of: WallBall (20/14-10′) – non stop wall balls- a ridiculous amount- 212 Rx
