B- Power Snatch- 3@65% + 3/3@70% + 3@75% -12 Minute Cap
C- Power Jerk- 3@65% + 3/3@70% + 3@75% -12 Minute Cap
D- Power Clean- 3@65% + 3/3@70% + 3@75% -12 Minute Cap
E- Death By Dip- 3 Dips the 1st Minute/4 Dips the 2nd/Continue in this fashion until you are unable to complete the corresponding number of repetitions.
