C- Partner WOD #2- For Time- 40 Burpees (on to 45lb plate)/20 Stone G2Sh (120/75)/40 Defecit Push Ups (chest to the deck/hands on 45 lb plates)/40 Ring Rows/20 T2B/40 USA K.B. Swings (2/1.5 pood)/40 Box Jump Over (24/20″)
