5 Minutes of Shoulder Mobility
A- WU- 2 rounds of: 30 seconds each Crab Walk Forward/Back + 30 Seconds in a German Hang (bottom of skin the cat) + 3 Minutes of Light Jump Rope
B- 5 Minutes practice- Muscle Up + Jason= For Time- 100 Air Squat/5 Muscle Up (M.U.A.D)/75 Air Squat/10 Muscle Up/50 Air Squat/15 Muscle Up/25 Air Squat/20 Muscle Up (35 Minute Cap)
C- 5-10 Minutes of Shoulder Mobility
Jason: 23:39. First 33 were jumping muscle-ups, last 17 were from my knees.

Thanks Cory. The muscle ups got hard on the 3rd round. The air squats weren’t hard at all. Jeff B also had a great score at 26 minutes and some change.
25 and change with jumping muscle-ups. Fun class. Jeff b would have been faster but he wouldn’t shut up.
