Nice WOD today… 3 rounds of 1 min double unders… I got 3! Woo hoo! Coach Tammyli was by my side, she’s my goodluck charm
5 rounds of 3 power snatch, 3 snatch pull, and 3 hang snatch. Started at 35 pounds and form was ok… Progressed to 50 pounds and muscled it no burpees, after yesterdays wod I made sure to hold that bar for dear life!

Double unders today 3 rounds, 1 minute each. 49, 53, 64. Pretty happy with this. Got 39 unbroken on the last round, not a pr.
