Enjoyed Open Gym today and yelling at Greg to do more weight!
Back Squat –> 5 @ 200, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 250, 1 @ 270 (PR), 1 @ 280 (PR), F @ 290 (got to keep going with a good thing!)
Death by Pull ups (1 pull up the first minute, 2 pull ups the second minutes… etc) –> First metcon in a week. And felt good.
16 full rounds + 14 pull ups. (PR I believe have to double check)
Thanks for that yelling, Kurt! And for sticking around for my lengthy Open Gym.
I did the Crossfit Total at today’s Open Gym and, with Kurt’s help, PR-ed both my squats (225 -> 245) and deadlifts (300 -> 320).
Overall total: 680. Only 110lb more and I’ll be on the board. ๐
Coach IZ thanks for the pushing me through the WOD in a motivating way, I’d like to thank everyone else that was watching me struggle and pushing me as well to eventually finish..hope i didn’t waste anyone’s time by having them wait for me to finish..I’ll do better and better as my body starts to get conditioned i promise.
