Only got three rounds + 5 pull ups with 20# for pull ups and 45# for the rest. Very tough on the push ups, and squats were not as fast as I would have liked them.
Roll outs are tough!
Great class today at 9am-
Ran 800m instead of 1k row (2:37)
Half Cindy: 3 full rounds plus 5 pullups and 5 pushups. Pullups were not weighted, but pushups and squats were both at 45lbs.
