400 m run in 1:34 if that makes sense. racked lunge 8@115- 6@ 135- 4@145- 2 @155 , my depth wasnt as good as Vivion’s but I had my mind on the beast of 200 lunges.. 14:45.. those lunges hurt. I am sore as hell and feeeling wobbly. I saw severaly top notch athletes this morning cramping up pretty good after the WOD keep stretching people. For jesses sake Lets get an LSU win tonight. Happy with the technique lessons, finally learnd the smooth transition from one arm to the other. Saves a second or 2 🙂

Today was an off day for me, but I never seem to be able to stop myself from doing a little when I am already in the box.
Offloading with bench press = 5@100#, 5@110#, 5@120#
And the lunges looked so fun I jumped in with the 7AMers.
