Partner Valentine’s Day Work Out-
1 min each: M.B. Over Under Pass/Lateral Passes/Sit Up Throws/Squat Throws (20/14)
20 min AMRAP of: Partner 1-Row 500M/Partner 2-5 Ground To Overhead (95/65)/10 Lateral Bar Burpees (score= # of meters rowed + # of rounds completed)
Was feeling off with my squats and thrusters today. Was so early in the AM I forgot what wod I did yesterday (lots of burpees and wall balls).
Back Squat 5 @ 135#, 5 @ 185, 5 @ 210, 2 @ 240 (should have done 225 or 235)
OPEN WOD 2011.6 –> 7 Minute ascending ladder of 100# thrusters/c2b pull ups 3/3/6/6/9/9/12/12/15/15… Finished my 15s. Was disappointed because last year I got 10 more reps. I blame yesterday’s wall balls.

Partner 1: Row 500M (was 250M actually)
Partner 2: 5 Ground To Overhead (95/65)/10 Lateral Bar Burpees – Jose and I finished 6 full rounds I believe. My first 2 rounds of G2O were at 95lbs, and the remaining 4 were at 75lbs.
For Time (8 min max) 30/25/20/15/10/5 reps each of: Kettle Bell Swings (12/20)/K2E – Only finished the first 2 rounds (35 and 25) before time expired.
Just wanted to give a thanks to Coach Iz for letting us play with the stones at the 9am strongman class. It was really fun to try something new and I have a whole new respect for those people who do the strongman competitions those stones can be a pain. Thanks also to the other 9amers for making it such a great class.
truly picking things up and putting them down. Those cement stones are a thing of beauty. it was the first thing i notices when I stopped by the other morning.

Did the chest-to-bars with inverted (chin-up) hold. BEAST AMRAP.
