Half get ups at 8 and 12 kg’s. Got through all 5 rounds. Rough on my banged up shoulders.
Fat bar dead lifts. Warmed up at 165 and 195, then only had time for 4 rounds got 195/245/295/315
Wallball tabata 58 reps
Hit 405# on the dead, failed at 420. Too big of a jump, but it was my last pull and I wanted to try and PR. Still, 405 felt better than it did last time.
Tabata wallball = 10-10-10-9-9-8-8-10 = 74. These almost killed me.
Half get ups I did @ 16kg. Way too heavy and only managed 18 each side before we had to move on to Deadlifts. Should have gone with 8 kg
Deadlifts were going great and I felt strong.
205 / 225 / 245 / 255 / 265 / 275 (current pr) / 280F!!!!!!!!!!
So frustrated! I swear it’s mental. Or maybe its physical 😉

Still need to work on ring rows. After about 5rds switched to a false grip just to shorten things up. Feet were on a 12″ box.

200 Double Unders – 1:57 and 205 unbroken.
Did the extra 5 to break my old PR of 200 unbroken. Quads were absolutely fried at the end.

Got 3 rounds thru the turkish half get ups with a 45# bar.
Deadlift pr’d at 335#
No time for wall balls had to kick some gymnists butt.
Special shout out to Ryan and Bailey for knailing the chest to bar pull ups and awesome job Rachel with a 205# pr on the deadlift.

After stumbling through 12 min of double unders, I tried my first ever PR on the deadlift. (At least in 25 years!)
