Great to work on all strength.
    Deadlift: 275-285-295-305-315F-310-315F
    Not my best work.
    Squat:
    135×3 – 185×3 – 205×3 – 225×3 – 235×3 – 245×3 – 155×1 – 265×1(PR) – 275×1(PR)
Amazing. This was a 20lb PR for me. I can’t say enough good things about low-bar position.
    Press:
    45×5 – 65×5 – 85×5 – 90×3 – 95×1 – 105×1(PR)
I’m terribly weak at strict presses. Still happy to hit my 2nd PR of the day, though.

    Deadlift: 255, 265, 275, 285, 295, 300(f), 300(f)

Had been awhile. Definitely not where it should be, but I’ll take it. Just wish I could have hit that 300.

    Squat: 175, 190, 210, 225, 230(1), 215, 230(1)

Not to bad for me. A little low, but pretty happy none the less.

    Press: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105.

Probably could have gone for 110. I think 115 was my past PR… Felt good though.

    Up and down workout today

Warm up – 3 min AMRAP (20 air squats / 10 Push ups). 5 rds

    Deadlift – 8 @ 95 / 5 @ 115 / 1 @ 225 / 245 / 265 / 305 / 315 (pr) / 325 (pr)

This was a 20 lb PR in just shy of 2 months.

    Back Squat – 3 @ 95 / 135 / 225 / 235 (f) / 235 / 245 (f)

Not at all happy with the squats today. Just wasn’t feeling it on these today.

    Strict Press – 5 @ 45 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 105 / 115 / 125 (broke these up a little 3/1/1)
    1 @ 135 (PR)

I didn’t have a 5 or 3 RM for presses so I have 115# 5RM and 125# 3RM as my new base line. Very happy with the 1 RM of 135#.

Seeing the numbers over the last week I am a full believer in this whole paleo thing. PR’s all over the place for everyone – awesome!!

    Dead’s PR’ed at 305 failed 3 attempts at 315
Back squats Pr’ed at 250 x 3 got a little shallow on the last one but Iz said it was real
Pressed 115 x 4 and finished my last one after a brief rest. finished it off witha push press of 125. Fun times, I need to work on the mind over matter part.
