Killer wod today. Wowsers.
5000m row: 18:47
This was tough. Looking forward to the Red Cross row now! I want to PR!
Didn’t have time to do my tabatas before class, so I did it after instead. So in fairness to Ryan and Marina, I did have an hour break between row and tabata, and they had three minutes.
Tabata Wall Ball: 11-11-10-10-10-9-9-9 = 79
Tabata Ball Slam: 13-11-11-10-10-10-10-11 = 86
Tough, especially after that row! Rest day tomorrow!
Coach Dan
by the way I liked the hard strokes every 1000m… def a good strategy
5000m row is not as easy as you think it is… wow, my butt was on fire!!! finished at: 23:46, which was better than I expected. Now the point is to beat that on March 6 LOL
going straight into Tabata wallballs @ 14# = 64
followed by Tabata ball slams @15# = 52? I think
OUCH!
Great job Marina, way to go!
