A- 3 Minutes of: Double Under Practice
B- 3-5 Minutes Rope Climb Practice + Moore= 20 Minute AMRAP of: 1 Rope Climb/400M Run/Max Continuous HSPU

C- 10-20 Minutes of Goat Work- Example; (1-10 reps of 1-3 exercises performed EMOM for 10-20 min)
Notes: Please utilize this time to work on technique and do not squander it. You can socialize while working on some skills 🙂
