Glad to hit some snatches today. Didn’t PR, but felt pretty good on the lifts today.
Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
65-75-85-95-105-115(current PR) – 125(F) – 125(F)
15 min AMRAP of:
5 snatches @ 65#
5 SDHP @ 65#
10 box jumps @ 24″
Total: 7 rounds + 2 snatches. Got real hard towards the end. Loved it though.
Also did my burpees today. Took yesterday completely off, so I had to make up yesterday’s burpees too. So I did 41 today. Ugh. Only 79 more days to go!

Traps and shoulders were fairly sore from the HPC’s & HSPU’s yesterday so I was thrilled to see snatches on board today.
