C- Pendlay Row- 10/10/10/10 (HAP) – 8 Minute Cap
D- 6 Minutes WU DeadLift (135/95)/Burpees to target/Box Jump Overs + 12 Minute AMRAP of: 15 DeadLift (135/95)/15 Burpee to 6″ Target/15 Box Jump Overs (24/20″) or 12 Minute AMRAP of: 15 DeadLift (95/65)/15 Burpee to 2″ Target/15 Box Jump Overs (20/18″)
