Deadlift@225; Clean@135; Bench@135. 25:03(including a good 2 Min to wrap my ripped calluses below my pinky on each hand…nasty). I should have gone a bit heavier on the bench and clean. Fun workout.

Linda – Because I couldnt RX the Bench, I decided to go with 75% of my 1RM for all three lifts..
DeadLifts @ 165lbs/ Cleans @ 95lbs/ Bench @ 65lbs = 21:38 R+
Afterwards i realized I apparently went over my DL & Clean weight by 30lbs BUT I cant get an RX 🙁
