Notes: Must Complete all Pull Ups Before Switching To KBS, All KBS Before DU’s etc./Partition As Needed ex- 10 ea alternating on pull up/20 ea on kbs/50 ea on du’s/25 ea on OHS/Score= Total Time
*C- Alternating Tabata (8 rounds each) of: Sit Ups/Ball Slams

Good job Thomas. We were done with the first three super fast. The OHS is still a GOAT for me. Your a great partner. You kept the pace going. Your rowing was amazing too, you were maintaining a (1:30-1:35)/500m. Really nice.
Thanks Dariel! Was just trying to keep up with you. You killed it, thanks for pushing me the whole time. Sorry I slowed us down on the OHS. Clearly that’s a GOAT for me too lol.
