Tried for 20 BPMs (burpees per minute). Got around 13.5 BPMs, with 94 total burpees. Not too bad, but tough to keep a fast pace. The quads just didn’t want to move for me by the end. Thanks

The median for men is 88 reps (N = 675). The median for women is 77 reps (N = 264). Both have a fairly normal distribution.

Burpees- 80 reps, was aiming for at least 90, but this was a humbling wod and I know I worked for every single one of those, so I’m happy with it. Appreciated the the supporters, and apologies for the angry swearing that I responded with 🙂

racked kb lunges, tactile lunges, 30 kb thrusters, 7 pull ups, all done at a very leisurely pace. thanks to doach dan for putting up with the whining for the 2nd half of class 😉

Argh. I ended up with 88 burpees today, shoulder kept me a little slower than I wanted, but I’m still pretty happy with that. Bring on the weights! GREAT job to everyone today, you should ALL be proud of your scores. As long as you give it your best, you’re doing an AMAZING job.

Running was tough because i had 800 extra lbs on my legs but felt good after.

71 for me. and I busted the crap out of my elbow on the way down on my last rep. Remember to remove those barbell racks for the sunday crew, my elbow’s got a pretty nasty bruise when I came down on it. It was my last rep thankfully ;).
