first day back after a false start on friday. Lets call it a soft opening. I scaled the wod to do push presses as opposed to thrusters. Lets just say i finished it.
The URG felt great , I tore my hands apart doign the pull ups and i feel a good amount of healthy soreness creeping into my body that isn’t injury related. I Love it.
I was a little nervous about doing all these thrusters with the way my shoulders have been bugging me, but the light thrusters actually felt great. I may need to do some more of these as kind of PT to build up those muscles.

A shoulder press motion with light weight and accentuating the shrug at the top (shoulders to ears) can be therapeutic, but listen to your body.
