Today marks the beginning of CrossFit 718’s March Hand Stand Push Up Challenge!
1 HSPU on day one and 2 on day two for the entire month of March, ending March 31st with 31 HSPU’s. If you cannot do HSPU’s just hold a Hand Stand 10 seconds day one 20 seconds day two, so on and so forth until day 31 ending with a 5 minute Hand Stand Hold. Make sure to post your progress to comments.

and then when i got home ate a bagel. Went to catch the bus it was full so i raced it to the train station and beat it! So thats 3 1/2 miles of running for the day.. Cant wait for tomorrows WOD..
Now if you were wearing a chef’s hat and your 5 fingers running for the train, that would have been awesome!!!

Killer WOD.
Finished 2 rounds + 1 mile running in 40 minutes. Brutal. Aaron, damn you for beating me. But awesome job anyway…
Also did my burpees today (29), and a 10 second handstand hold against the wall. Tomorrow should be killing!

Tried yet again for the HSPU could only stand there for 15 seconds and feel the puke coming up and the blood vessel about to explode in my brain. god I love this
