8min amrap of: 1 bar muscle up/3 Thrusters@95=13 rounds(smooth and steady today making every rep perfect. I focused on quality movement, No slop. I made sure that if I did a rep I made it count:)
3 RDS for time: 200 m run/10 pistols each (blue band assist)/10 kb snatches (#12) = 10:07
Thrusters: 65/75/85/95/105F/100PR (by 5lbs)
8min amrap: 3 chest to bar pull ups/3 thrusters (65lbs) – something like 6 rounds…. or as Tam likes to call it NO REP cuz I didn’t keep count LOL

8 min AMRAP – 3 chest to bar pull ups with Blue Band. 3 thrusters @ 50LB. – 9 rounds, plus 3. I was very happy with this.
