Well that was a beast. Finished the wallballs in 9:20, finished the DUs with 20 seconds to spare, tried a non-false grip muscle up and failed. Shoulders were smoked. Aaron, well done my friend. All the nooners did great So proud of our athletes.

Well…I did the wall balls! and stood with my jump rope for 46 seconds. Snatches 5-3-3-1-1 45-55-60-65-70. I’m slowly working my way back up here.

Finished 12.4 with a score of 240. Wanted 241. Ah well. Been sick all week, so i’ll take it. Good luck everyone! This is a beast. I highly recommend EVERYONE watches both these videos before attempting this.
