A- WU- 2-3 Minutes Light Row/1-2 Minutes Light Jump Rope + 2 RNFT of: 10 Air Sqauts/10 Burpees/15 Sit Ups/5 Shoulder Press (45/15)/10 GoodMornings (45/15)
B- 2013 CrossFit Open Sectionals WOD 13.2= 10 Minute AMRAP of: 5 Shoulder To Overhead (115/75)/10 DeadLift (115/75)/15 Box Jump (24/20″)
13.2 – 5 shoulder to overhead @ 115 / 10 deadlift @ 115 / 15 box jump 24″
Total – 7 rounds + 5 overhead + 10 deadlift + 4 box jumps
Total – 229

I’m pretty happy that I attempted Rx. I was annoyed with myself last week for not attempting the 75# snatch.
Split jerks and step ups.
P.S. My 1RM for jerks is 85#.

But as I was looking around the room – everyone really used great form and technique. No slop!
We had so much fun with the whole fam there. Olivia is getting more comfortable I think.
My shoulders are sore today from all the CLEANS I did to get that 75# to my shoulder!!

The first round was fun. The next two were interesting. The remaining rounds were NOT fun.
13.2= 5 rounds+ 5 overhead/ 10 deadlifts/ 12 box jumps= 177 reps
Fun WOD couldn’t get those last 3 reps for 6 rnds… quads and back were on fire.
