I have been nursing a sore back so opted for HPC @ 135# vs dead lifts. All HSPU’s strict, all HPC’s unbroken, broke most rounds of PU’s into 8/4 and DU’s unbroken. 23:13
That was a fun workout. Love long WOD’s like that.
