24 HSPUs today… It ain’t horrible yet and I am definitely getting better at them… but I am scared when I start having to do over 30 a day… 40, 50… 90… gulp.
Did Elizabeth today with 40# DBs (all I had) and full squats in 9:03. Not bad, but would have been interested to see how it compared with the barbell.
Try to make it out to class this Friday @ Noon!!

So Elizabeth absolutely bear blasted me today! As of late I have had this little devil of puerto rican descent sitting on my shoulder making me do redonkulous things. My quads are already aching like crazy so I can’t wait to see how they feel tomorrow.
