5 min AMRAP of squat clean jerk- 10 reps at 85lbs
then we worked on our max and I got to 95. Can’t seem to push past that yet.

I quit drinking this morning. stuff will kill you.
i did 14 reps but didn’t weight the bar as Rxed. I worked with 135 . maxed 1 round rep was 155. Feeling like about a buck 50 today.

Got the Open WOD at 10 Rounds + Clean rx’d. Failed on my last jerk to make it 11. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be… I thought it would be death. But I think I need to give it another go on Saturday. I just think I could have sped up my pace. I was worried about failing on a jerk and having to do the clean over again… it messes with your mind.

I did 11 reps in the 5 min amrap, @ 145, though, not rx’d. Then did a max of 165… the jerk portion was a PR for me.

Great job Kurt. I had trouble catching my breath in the rack position. Dropped 3 Jerks!
Missing a jerk is like losing the clean. I stood facing the clock to pace myself. Gonna try for at least 3 to 5 more next time… we’ll see.

Games WOD was a killer… my last clean & jerk PR was 95.. I did this wod using 90# – finished 8 rounds
Then thanks to Ryan did Bloody Mary: 400m run/5 pike pushups/10 pistols/15 pullups = 4 rounds
plus 6 dead hang chin ups
won’t be back to 718 until sunday, so will do my chin ups at home
