Games Open WOD Week 4
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120lbs/90lbs)
10 Muscle-ups

I got one round and 8 burpees
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats @ 75
10 Muscle-ups
1 round + 20 burpees
My max is 135 so 120 was definitely out of the question. You can see in the picture above, I have an issue w/ keeping my wrists straight. So having gone overhead last night— @75 it felt good and the form felt solid.
…there was a jump in my muscle up.
I failed in so many ways I can’t really count today as anything but a good sweat.

Rx’d the weight, but jumped on the muscle ups. I got 1 round + 20 burpees.
Oh, and that’s 15 minutes, not 10.
I did the warm-up (30-20-10 DU/Sit-ups) in 6:23.
For the open games WOD, I did 60 burpees and one overhead squat @ 35 lbs (but I coulda done 45lbs!).
Then after the time ran out, I did about 5 more overhead squats @ 35 lbs and then about 7 more overhead squats @ 45 lbs.
Then I did 8 light band assisted pull-up, of which I was really proud! Yay! They were easier than last time I did light band assisted pull-ups! Yay!
P.S. Open games WOD was 10 minutes.
For the Open WOD got 0 rounds + 60 burpees, 17 OHS rx’d (total = 77 reps). Those OHS were trying. Just couldn’t belt out the 30, but fought hard for 17.
