We should do Angie for a warm up. It only took Spealler 10:11 and he did 10 extra squats by mistake.

OMG… Ok so I just want to mention that on 2/7 I did 200 DU’s for time and my time was 19:37…. Yesterday I PR’ed by 11 minutes (8:40)…………… WTF
