D- 3 RFT of: 400M M.B. Run/30 WallBall (20-10/14-9′)/20 K2E -21 Minute Cap

B- Jackie= For Time: 1K Row/50 Thruster (45#)/30 Pull Up-8:58 made the wall for a quick minute. Although I doubt it will stand. I did take down cory and Ryans old scores. Which made me happy. at least for a little while
C- HandStand Push Up- 10 Minutes Practice -Or- 4-10 EMOM for 10 Minutes worked on strict using 1 abmat then just did kipping
D- 3 RFT of: 400M M.B. Run/30 WallBall (20-10/14-9′)/20 K2E -11 Minute Cap got through 1 full round and then up to 18 wall balls
just checked the blog, Cory still crushed me at 8:15. Need to get back to work. Stillmy best time by 35 seconds

Just in case I didn’t mention this enough in class- I hate Jackie. I’ve only done it once and I remember how bad it sucked. 9:53 Rx (last time was 11:32)

I love Jackie. My last time was 6:44 and I believe Marcos had 6:41. Post wod is worst than Fran or equally as bad.
Nice work on the second metcon. I didn’t think any one was going to finish as the am crew scores were 1round+…
We got luck in the am and got cut off at about a 12 min cap, no one was too upset about it lol.
I didn’t think Jackie sucked during the workout, but definitely sucks significantly today.
that’s what I said..I was like this might be worse than Fran b/c it is a longer workout and all I’m trying to do is catch my breath the entire time!
B- Jackie= For Time: 1K Row/50 Thruster (45#)/30 Pull Up – 11:some – First time doing this – it sucked as bad as everyone said.
C- HandStand Push Up- 10 Minutes Practice -Or- 4-10 EMOM for 10 Minutes – Starting to get better at my kipping – could chain about 4 together before I fell off the wall
D- 3 RFT of: 400M M.B. Run/30 WallBall (20-10/14-9′)/20 K2E -21 Minute Cap – I think this was right around 20:20 – Super thankful to have everyone cheering me on at the end. Freakin’ killer but awesome at the same time.
