then, the crazies here decided to do another WOD, which I DQ’d at since I had major pain in my left glute – 3 RFT: 5 box jumps/10 ring rows/20 ait squats
Brutal today. The good news? I hit 100 unbroken double-unders today!!! New PR by 14. Sweet.
Took me 19:23 to do the metcon with a 24kg bell. The cash out took me 2:53 I think. Everyone did great today, Anna, Courtney, Marina, and Tammy! It was great to get to work out with you all. 🙂
Oh, and I hit my first triple-under a couple of days ago. 🙂
