I wish I’d done the power cleans quicker in the beginning. Once you get into the rhythm, you get to see how moving the bar more efficiently can be helpful.

Honestly, I wouldn’t have attacked them in the second half as hard as I did if you hadn’t been telling me that I was “owning” them.
6 Rounds + 2 PCs for the Open WOD. And 7 reps of wall ball misses. I didn’t realize we were shooting at a moving target! (; Wanted more on this one…
Did Death by Pull ups afterwords: 13 rounds + 11. Little tired after after the open WOD… but good.
And Death by Ring Push ups for 9 rounds + 8.
