A- WU- 2 Rounds of- 30 Seconds Each: HRPU/Strict Chin Up/Row Distance; 15 seconds to transition between movements or 2 Rounds of- 30 Seconds Each: HRPU/Ring Row/Row Distance; 15 seconds to transition between movements.
B- Bench Press- 10 Minutes To A Challenging Single
C- Bench Press- 3 @ 50% of above Every 45 Seconds for 9 Rounds
D- Thruster- 10 Minutes T0 A Challenging Single
E- Fran= 21/15/9 RFT of: Thruster (95/65)/Pull Ups – 10 Minute Cap

It honestly never fails- overtime I see Fran posted I got a little nauseous and have to constantly talk myself through it and once again I did that today. PR by 40 seconds. Felt pretty awful like usual. 3:41 Rx Got to work with comp team today and there were some amazing PR’s- ah, Sam! Good job to everyone today!
Thank you Iz and Comp team for letting Tina and I rock with you guys today. “Fran” always sucks but it sucks a little less with friends. Shout out to Ernie, Chelsea, Greg, Michaela, Sam, Adam, and Iz. Sunday Funday for real.

Everything that Marcos said I second! Workong with you guys today gave me that extra push to PR- thanks again to Iz for letting us crash with the team- really enjoyed myself!
Energy level was high today trying to keep up with both Marcos and Tina. You guys are beast.
