3 Rounds of: 1 Push Press (115/75)/1 Pistol ea. Leg/3 Push Press/3 Pistols ea./2 min Max Rep Push Press/1 min each Leg Max Rep Pistols; 2 minutes rest between rounds

Snatch: 6 Sets of 2 Reps at 125#
Clean & Jerk: 5 Sets of 2 Reps at 185#, 1 Set at 1 Rep at 185# (failed the jerk of the last rep).
Pull Up: 2 sets at 10 reps. (meant to do a third set, but forgot).
What a prefect WOD. The programming was an hour to the T. Everyone worked very hard and stayed together the whole time. That’s team work.
