8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back Mobility
A- WU- 200M Run + 7 Rounds of: 30/30 Jingle Jangles
B- The Chief= 5 Cycles of the following- Max rounds in 3 minutes of: 3 Power cleans (135/95)/6 Push Up/9 Air Squats or 5 Cycles of the following- 3 Minutes Max Rounds of: 3 Power Clean (95/65)/6 Push Up/9 Air Squats
Notes: Rest 1 minute after every 3 minute cycle/repeat for a total of 5 cycles/Total time=20 Minutes/Score= Total # of Rounds Completed.
C- Max Rep Muscle-ups or 4 Minutes Practice Muscle Ups

I started each cycle from the beginning and did not continue from where I left off in the previous round.
A) 500M Row then 7x100M Row Sprint – 0:16.4 best
B) 9 Minutes Max Muscle Up = 1
C) The Chief: 5+3 / 5 / 5 / 4+5 / 5+1 = 24+9
D) 200M Farmers Carry (2 Poodx2) – no time, but no drops
E) Tabata T2B: 10/7/6/5/5/5/5/5 = 48
